Out of all of those you listed, the blinking hologram is pretty tame. All the rest were massively stupid, particularly the one I bolded.

For me, that was THE stupidest one.
Given the fact it was a 32nd century hologram working on technological principles that should have been completely unknown to someone from the 23rd century, I'd say it's about the same level of stupid.

This assumes that this was a 32nd century hologram base programming, rather than Kovick using something older to test Georgiou.

Terran has become shorthand for mirror universe Humans in modern Trek. In older Trek, the writers didn't need to resort these techniques as much as they had an expectation that their audience was intelligent enough and perceptive enough to know the difference between mu humans and pu humans.

Until it's not.

I mean, did "Mirror, Mirror" strike you as taking place in a universe where humans are over-sensitive to light? It was exactly the same.
Yes, this is why that detail made no sense…I have no idea why they introduced it with the eye spray, unless it originally was due to lorca’s battle injuries and he wasn’t supposed to be from the mirror universe.
The lighting was darker, both in Mirror, Mirror, and Into a Mirror Darkly.
was it? I never noticed that at all. Also, mirror Kirk and co didn’t seem to have any eye issue on our enterprise.

Important question here. How do appalling and dreadful fit in here? I need to know!
Terrible.
Appalling.
Dreadful.
Abysmal.
I'm glad you got a photograph of the suspects. Now, quick, give it to the authorities so they can track them down!

Yeah, their reaction doesn't make much sense, But, it appears darker to me, looking at it.

Untrue. The Mirror Universe Humans were referred to as "Terrans" in DS9.

I'm going with:
Old Trek = 1966-2005
New Trek = 2009-Present
