So you're saying StarFleet should be composed of "Team Bat Men & Women".I'm thinking you can fit a lot of 'goodies' on a SF belt in the late 24th century.

That's a strong possibility, but we can't really be sure without knowing exactly what the regulation says. Bashir says "Any genetically enhanced human being is barred from serving in Starfleet", yet O'Brien says they can't be sure how Starfleet will react, so the rule isn't explicit. Plus in the end he is indeed allowed to stay in the service, so it can't be iron clad. His father took responsibility to resolve the situation, making me think the underlying issue was the coverup not the crime. Also, if Bashir had come clean when he tried to join he would have gotten his parents in trouble, so that was never an option, even if it was technically possible.
So you're saying StarFleet should be composed of "Team Bat Men & Women".
The Hageman brothers have said in interviews that all the present showrunners communicate with each other (the coordination between Lower Decks and Prodigy regarding Okona's eye patch is usually given as an example).
I'm down.So you're saying StarFleet should be composed of "Team Bat Men & Women".
I mean, Vader's was rather too little, too late as well. What with the whole planet blowing up thing, and such. The Diviner apparently took a page out of Vader’s book for his redemption. Too late and too little, though.

i won’t argue with that. And neither would he, probably, given he pretty much decided to die afterwards (lost the will to live?).I mean, Vader's was rather too little, too late as well. What with the whole planet blowing up thing, and such.
Ascencia's Drednok is far too nice, maybe "The Order" mixed up the Drednok's between the Diviner and Ascencia and she got the nice, even-tempered one* and the Diviner got his more murderous cousin whose temperament is closer to Ascencia's (right down to the "you're his biggest mistake")Exciting episode, I smell a time-travelling finale.
A few observations…
The weapon seems to be centralised, this means that it could still be stopped by disabling the construct.
This copy of Drednok is really inept: he’s given free rein in taking out the crew and instead of killing them all he only incapacitates them for a few minutes!
Similarly, the living construct is taking its sweet time to destroy the fleet. But perhaps it’s intentional: the longer the ships are in distress the more can be lured in.
Long range communications doesn’t seem to be infected: the incoming ships only turn red after their arrival.
The Diviner apparently took a page out of Vader’s book for his redemption. Too late and too little, though.
The kiss was unexpected but nice, it doesn’t seem that Gwynn is that interested, though.
Speaking of Gwynn, that wasn’t really the time to have that conversation, especially as admiral Janeway promised she would vouch for *all* of them.
Looking forward to the finale, in any case. 8.
or perhaps he softened up with all the masquerading as a coffee table!Ascencia's Drednok is far too nice, maybe "The Order" mixed up the Drednok's between the Diviner and Ascencia and she got the nice, even-tempered one
I'd guess a separate branch is formed, and he's still there. That was pretty good, thought they'd just catch it in time, but nope, and ships being asundered.
So.. Time travel, by effecting the time line.. What happens to the travelers in the future ??
Chakota is in Solums future where contact happened. Now it seems it doesn't. What happens to him?
World reforms around him?
Disappears as the mainline chakota doesn't go to the future?
Or just a separate branch is formed?
I wasn’t a fan of them wearing Janeway’s special uniform in that Sovereign they went past. They should have been wearing the FC or the the one we see in season one of Picard
