Privacy is not a part of the future. In VOY, the computer constantly monitors brain waves, and anyone can view holodeck programs, with no overrides.I gave it a seven. Really liked it but it didn’t blow me away.
It was nice to see the Enterprise, but not enough of it. Seems to be no right to privacy in Star Fleet, Spock goes on leave and anyone can snoop round his room and read his diary?
Also, Spock and McCoy reviewed Kirk's final orders in "The Tholian Web" which included personal remarks to both officers.
