Part 2 has Robert Picardo in it. In fact, that's his first appearance as Richard Woolsey, who would later go onto become a big deal in the Stargate franchise with further guest appearances on SG-1 as well as SGA before becoming main cast on SGA in its final season. He also guest starred in an episode of SGU.
