That trailer made me really happy. They didn’t do to Boimler and Mariner what I thought they were going to do and maybe that’s a good thing. That ending with Boimler and Spock was great.
Lol at people already crying in the Trekmovie comments section.
I will say this the LD uniforms look amazing in Live-action.
How lucky did they get casting two people who could easily play live action versions of their characters?

And Boimler's hair is purple. Yay!
Oh, there are already "real fans" screaming on other sites. SNW looks great, as usual, and I am hyped. Trailer mission accomplished.

I absolutely love this series and these last couple trailers have gotten me even more excited to see what happens this coming season! My daughter's internship has her working for a company that photographs and reviews various entertainment events, and she's got an assignment to cover a Vampire Diaries con a little after this season starts. She'll get to meet Paul Wesley, and she asked if I wanted to tag along as her "assistant"!

Trekmovie is a great site and Anthony has done brilliantly in building it. And somehow, it's spawned a core posting community there of complete and utter shitheads.
that still shot makes Mariner and Boimler look even better. The trailer was a little on the quick side. My fear was that they were going to make them look too much like the animated characters and it would have been a little over the top. This is just perfect.
Yep. They have a few resident "old fans" and trolls that I suspect have somehow endeared themselves to admins/mods and they get away with murder.
I used to post there until I ran afoul of one of the "true fans" and had one of their mods censoring everything.

Luck has nothing to do with it, pretty much everybody on Lower Decks could play their live action counterparts. That's by design.
