Well, it's a logo. Looks fine I guess.
I mean if they REALLY wanted to cater to me, they could have used the Gold Key Trek font. But this is okay.

The Gold Key font would've been awesome!
Unfortunately, it shrank.
Logos always shrink in the cold wash.
The N and the W make for a strange eye line.

I kind of like that they have specific styles for eras it seems, since Discovery switched to a new rounder font when they went to the future and stopped using the TOS looking one. Like, Lower Decks looks like the TNG era font. Maybe we can assume that future spinoffs will reference the text styles of the era in which the series is based off.
They have modified many of the letter forms, made the whole typeface narrower too.
[Obligatory rant about the logo being a disgrace, violation of Gene's Vision, and obnoxiously woke. Declaration that all who disagree are liberal SJW socialists.]

I like how 'obnoxiously woke' has been added to the list in the streaming era.

I just like that they're going the extra mile to give the logo a TOS Era vibe.
I always liked the WNMHGB title font!
