No one knows what this episode is about, and if they do, they aren't telling us. No matter, we'll get to the bottom of this once the episode has aired and discussion gets going. There's been some mention of ruins, a mystery and a terrifying secret. That's trek at its core, so let's see how this one goes. Maybe something happens that's later followed up in TOS. A TNG tie-in is a stretch but that's a possibility too.
