No, they'll just make new costumes. If and when they get the series in production they're not going to use 3-year-old costumes that have been sitting in storage.
I understand that for the regulars but heck why not just use some of the old stuff when it comes to extras or maybe you need to save some money so use props already made instead of creating new ones from scratch.

Hi Def picks up everything. So instead of wasting time effort and money to refurbish refurbish a 3-year-old to costume, it's probably easier and more cost-effective to just make a new one.

Plus they're going to make a boatload of money off these costume and prop sales. Far more than a possible savings reusing these costumes would provide.

People are looking for flaws. New uniforms will help that, ensure consistency in uniforms so that continuity of scenes is maintained. The savings are not enough.

Those hero costumes cost $3-5,000 apiece. They're likely confident they can make more than that at auction.

Maybe they should donate those costumes and props to Alec Peters so he can finally make his Trek masterpiece come to fruition.
I'd rather CBS / Paramount actually enforce the so-called settlement agreement that Alec Peters is continually violating - and they just shut that black hole of ongoing grift down.

He just need us to believe in his vision. He is depressed and can't make magical art for us when he is depressed. More money should cheer him and get him started on what will no doubt be the Citizen Kane of fan films.
