Okay pants but no field jacket or shirts. Actually why don't we see people walking around all nude. Nudist is a real thing so why wouldn't it still be around in the future and if so why wouldn't they have equal rights to people who wear clothes. Granted if in Starfleet you would still need to wear a uniform but not when your off duty.

Boxers are comfortable, conceal your nudity, and can be made uniform.
