Spoilers Season 3 wild speculation

I like the theory that she's connected to something Picard and Co. did off screen during the Dominion War.

Or it could mean Moriarty is not the only holodeck character coming back and we are in fact going to see a grown up version of Henry Burleigh.
I was curious and checked out the YouTube video that discusses this. The Thomas Dekkar character appears to be wearing contemporary clothing and may be on Freecloud. I don’t think he’s Henry Burleigh. On the other hand, he certainly could be Henry Picard or Henry Howard or Henry Crusher. I think Henry was the rumored name of the rumored Picard son in the character description that was leaked a few years ago. The character was said to be in his early 20s, reckless, adventurous, with a sort of Robin Hood sensibility. Their plot would have had him reconsider some of his ideas when he is pulled into a galactic conspiracy.

Both Dekkar and Ed Speleers, the actor who will apparently appear in Picard this season who is also rumored to be playing Picard’s long-lost son, are 34, but could probably play younger characters. Dekkar was John Connor in the Terminator spin off and the character in the Picard trailer is wearing dark colors and appears angry. Dekkar has also played gay characters, so maybe Dekkar’s character will be gay. Speleers played a deceptively charming 18th century pirate on Outlander most recently so he can play danger and villainy. Maybe both of these guys are playing Vadic’s henchmen and neither of them are Picards. Maybe Beverly had twins and hid them both. Who knows? I think a son is more likely than not.

The possibility that he from here way back when is the one running the show fills my mouth with the food I ate 15 minutes ago.

In this case it can't possibly be, but... oof.

A few more tidbits from Terry Matalas' twitter feed, in re: the Enterprise(s) of Picard (I'll embed the URL in a spoiler tag just in case):

A bit down the thread someone commented "So, the F has been in service since a bit before Picard S3?", to which Matalas replied "Oh yes!". In another reply, he confirms the F was already in service by the time of Pic S1. In a different thread, he noted that we would NOT see the Ent-E, but the Sovereign class will make an appearance. So, this deepens the mystery of what happened to the E....
