A few more tidbits from Terry Matalas' twitter feed, in re: the Enterprise(s) of Picard (I'll embed the URL in a spoiler tag just in case):

A bit down the thread someone commented "So, the F has been in service since a bit before Picard S3?", to which Matalas replied "Oh yes!". In another reply, he confirms the F was already in service by the time of Pic S1. In a different thread, he noted that we would NOT see the Ent-E, but the Sovereign class will make an appearance. So, this deepens the mystery of what happened to the E....

Multiple Sovereigns had 1701-E on the nacelles. I don't think either of them were meant to be the Enterprise. I think it was just texturing error, who ever was tasked to rename the ship to USS Sovereign NCC-78311 overlooked the nacelles

They redesigned it a few months ago, it doesn't look like that anymore.
Same general layout and shape, but smaller, and brand new assets, no holographic panels.

You should take any interior set from STO to be 50% or 75% bigger than it would be in 'real life', as they have to make room for the camera to move around

It will probably be the Titan’s bridge with some modifications. If the Ent-F isn’t the hero ship then they’re not gonna make a whole new bridge set for it.

I think they blew most of their budget on the actors

Or, because they shot literally back to back with Season 2, they didn’t have a lot of prep time. IIRC Dave Blass implies as much in Drexler’s bridge tour video

I was rewatching ENT Season 3 recently and noticed the Defiant's viewscreen and the cockpit from the Phoenix still being reused by that point.
