Those last seasons of TNG wouldn't entirely be gone, presumably her position on the staff would have been filled with someone else, perhaps even someone competant..

Though I admit it's entirely possible she would be replaced by someone less competant.. in which case I would have to prepare calculations for another temporal incursion.

As for Nechayev, no big loss there. She's not as good as Admiral Ross, who in himself was a mega weenie.
