I've started rating, and I have to say: either you guys are extremely generous or I'm extremely critical/demanding. I'm actually using the numbers below 5!
Hell, I already have a 3 "0" ratings: Shades of Gray, The Reckoning and Threshold: the first one is utterly pointless and the other two extremely stupid. You feel dumber after having watched them.

I haven't seen "The Reckoning" in a long time. But "Shades of Grey" and "Threshold" definitely deserve to be below 5.
I re-watched TNG before Picard, but forgot to re-rate them until afterwards, so I had to go with a four-star scale. "Did I not like it (1) , feel indifferent (2), like it (3), or love it (4)?" Simple. But I'll go back over them, think about them, and convert everything from the re-watch into a 10-scale. Some went up, some went down.
With the shutdown giving me the unexpected opportunity to do what I thought I'd never have time for, I finally rated all episodes and plotted all the shows. 1 is excellent, 2 is good, 3 is average, 4 is bad, 5 is horrible. I always wanted to do this, and someone here showed the same a while ago (Garth?), so consider yourself my inspiration to finally try it. There are quite a few surprises for me: I thought that TNG was my number 1, with VOY a close 2nd, and DS9 getting the bronze position, but I apparently find DIS and ENT a tiny bit better than DS9 and PIC gets gold! TOS, TAS, and DIS have a negative trend, and VOY remained pretty much the same, while the rest kept improving.
I used to make lists this way but realized that my standards would gradually change as I went through the list, invalidating the accuracy of the data.
So I wrote a Java program that allows me to add a lot of best-to-worst lists and compile them all together into one list, not using any averages, just the relative position to each other on the lists.
I mostly use it to keep track of my music tastes. I add new lists to the program only when I have a group of albums fresh in my memory, so I'm rating based on just how much I enjoyed it when I just listened to it, and not affected any memory bias.
I can't find any Enterprise or earlier (yeah, right) episode polls. There are a few "Grade <Episode>" threads for Enterprise from the time of release (the earliest being for Judgment) that offers some historical insight, but they either failed or the site lost a bunch of the threads in the 2004-2005 era.
You could use (some of) these to get a barometer of the site's active, poll-using members and where their tastes lay.

I was actually looking for contemporaneous polling (when the show premiered), which really only goes back to this site's launching in May 27, 1999 (and could theoretically include even the last two episodes of DS9). But, it appears the site was purged quite often in the early days, and the DS9 forum doesn't have anything from before 2003.

We used to prune threads before 2007 because the servers couldn't handle so much data. This is both a good thing and a bad thing at the same time.
A bad thing because a lot of interesting threads were lost and I'm not too thrilled that almost all of my early posts are gone.
A good thing because there were also a lot of crap threads and certain posts of mine (where it's very obvious how young I sounded) aren't around to be seen anymore.

Early on, the board was generally Pro-TNG/DS9, Anti-TOS/VOY, and very split on ENT to the point where it caused Flame Wars of Epic Proportions.
After Nemesis bombed, the board started leaning more Anti-TNG for a while. It also gradually became more Pro-TOS over the course the '00s, especially in the lead-up to the 2009 Film. Pro-DS9 became Ultra-Pro-DS9. Especially after the DVDs were released.
Nowadays, I think we're at the point of Anything Goes. I don't think the board has a particular majority slant, other than being Super Pro-DS9.
I guess I might as well switch the updated 4-scale TNG ratings I gave to 10-scale. Mainly because I can't sleep.

So now, the only ratings of mine that are outdated are TOS, DS9, and VOY.
I had some time and converted Garth's numbers to my scale and added them to my plots:
I would say we're similar in our TNG ratings, but you like TOS and DIS generally more, and also rated DS9 higher, especially in the beginning. Otherwise we're kinda similar, but your ratings are more consistent than mine, which fluctuate wildly XD
I like Bajoran politics, the Maquis, and the Gamma Quadrant seeming like The Frontier, with Odo being The Marshall on the station. I think early-DS9 actually came the closest to being "a space western". They go in a different direction afterwards, but I still like what they had there.

I need to add in DSC S3, but I think I gave most of those episodes an 8. There were a few that were either a 7, 9, or 10. "Unification III" I gave a 6.5, because I thought the way Tilly was made First Officer was so stupid as was the way they worked Gabrielle Burnham into it. Tilly more so because with Gabrielle, we don't know how long she was there, so there's probably some Elaborate Backstory we just didn't see. It's too bad, because I'd have liked to have rated an episode following up on Spock's Legacy a lot higher than I actually did.
It would be cool to add everyone's rating plots and then compare them automatically so people can find their closest trekkie matches and worst opponents XD
