Doesn't Earth have a colony on Alpha Centauri and on Vega? The pilot and every other time that Archer complained that the Vulcans were holding them back.
There's probably a better quote.

Deneva, too.Vega. Alpha Centauri. Proxima Colony. Terra Nova, though that one failed in the 2080s.
Perhaps; neither of those quotes indicates being limited to the Solar System only. “Ankle-deep in the ocean of space” is awfully vague. It just implies “not very far, compared to all those other guys.”The pilot and every other time that Archer complained that the Vulcans were holding them back.

Earth definitely colonized outside our own solar system before the NX-01 was launched. But without a Warp 5 engine we couldn't get very far.
O'RLY?One thing does top the list above them. "Subspace Rhapsody"... most ridiculous and laughable thing the franchise ever did...
What are Boomer ships? They weren’t locked down to one system, as evidenced by multiple colonies, and Boomer ships which were already multi-generational traveling between them.
Where No One Has Gone Before.O'RLY?

It was hit by rocks from the DMA.I'm guessing that's possible, but the shields and weapons on ships ran off the warp core. I do not remember what it was in disco, I do not think they were hit by any fleets to see how tough it really is.
"Sub Rosa": At least it was directed well and had a creepy, spooky atmosphere and vibe. And McFadden really gave her all in that one.O'RLY?

JONATHAN: Well, Billy Cook said we'd be flying at warp five by now if the Vulcans hadn't kept things from us.
FATHER: Well they have their reasons. God knows what they are.
FORREST: We've been waiting for nearly a century, Ambassador. This seems as good a time as any to get started.
ARCHER: I'm not interested in what you think aboutthis mission so take your Vulcan cynicism and bury it along with yourrepressed emotions.
T'POL: Your reaction to this situation is a perfect example of why yourspecies should remain in its own star system.
ARCHER: I've been listening to you Vulcans tell us what not to do allmy entire life. I watched my father work his ass off while yourscientists held back just enough information to keep him fromsucceeding. He deserved to see that launch. You may have life spans oftwo hundred years, we don't.
T'POL: You are going to be contacting Starfleet to advise them of oursituation.
ARCHER: No, I'm not. And neither are you. Now get the hell out thereand make yourself useful.
same. It's not my favourite, but it's not like it's unwatchable, like the haters claim. Disco is fine. I quite like the first, second, and fifth seasonsI am a Star Trek fan. I didn’t hate Discovery. I didn’t think it was the best either but it wasn’t awful. I give it props for trying some new things even if in many cases those did not work out.
Looks like it's literally tlHInghan, they didn't realize tlh and ng are separate lettersfrom the video above
![]()
Looks like they were trying to spell tlhIngan, but using a direct Latin letters-Klingon Font, so it comes out as "tuHlnghan" with the lower case L in the middle just being a normal L, not a Klingon letter.
Also the context for the poser is about the Klingon Language, so it should have been tlhIngan Hol eitherway.
