It kind of already happened in TNG.Seriously anybody is interested in finding out that Picard was from an abusive family? What a pathetic way to take the character at the end of the journey.
Yes. Makes him more understandable especially early on when he was such an arrogant prick.Seriously anybody is interested in finding out that Picard was from an abusive family?
Have fun with it then.
Better than TNG Picard. So, yes, I will enjoy psychoanalyzing this.Have fun with it then.
More of what? Characters who aren't from perfect families? People who have struggles? And we needed more of that! I guess they found their target audience then.
Right, but we've got Kore for that. Though...I wouldn't be too surprised if the fan-theory that the Soong males are all cloned off the same genetic info gets hinted at before the end of the season. It parallels interestingly with the audience being shown all of the previous Kore iterations, all the female Soongs, being identical to each other as well.Well he needs to a descendant so we have the Soongs in ENT and TNG
Rios lives on ships and doesn't have a farm...?Well Picard does grow his own grapes... regarding that, why can't Rios just grow his own tobacco? Are people in Trek so coddled by replicators that they don't know how to put a seed in the ground? Or are seeds and condiments like sugar extinct?
He deactivated the Emergency Farmer Hologram, Ephram.Rios lives on ships and doesn't have a farm...?
I don’t see him hitting on her.Picard is 80 but it’s ok that he’s hitting on Laris-who-isn’t-Laris who is about 45.
oh wow. I find his acting fantastic.Plus Picard struggles to say his lines above a hoarse, slow whisper. Unfortunately he’s a shadow of what he was.
Sounds like I’m the only one finding this season tedious
