Not really. He looks very good now.
One thing about the material they use nowadays for prosthetics is that it's translucent, like flesh. More natural looking than the foam rubber.

In Discovery they're obsessed with cramming in TOS links. Now SNW looks to do the same. They're bringing back TOS characters. Might as well just reboot and complete the 5 year mission.

My post was unclear. I was trying to say that I don’t sweat the details as long as he looks natural. I think he looks fine here, but his final Disco scene suffered from a cosplay vibe that plagues a lot of the Vulcans in the spin-off shows. Glad they fixed that.

I actually liked the look of several of the Vulcans on Enterprise. Of course they also had plenty I was less then pleased with.....
In honesty that's kind of how I see the Andorians looking, something that is cosplay (though knowing the craftsmanship in them is quite high).

It's a missed opportunity to not have them both be played by the same actress.
The writing on PIC has generally been better than that on DSC so yeah, I can expect SNW to be better-written.
it's that alternate universe where the only real difference is that ship plaques are on the wrong side of starships. as alternate universes go, it's kind of a dud
