During the briefing with the Admirals, they talked about Control's Threat Analysis algorithms or something, and afterwards Georgiou says that in her universe AI serves humans, not the other way around.

Ok. That scene was pretty quick. Might have to go back and rewatch that part.

I'm betting Control is indeed an A.I. and that A.I. is now inside of Airiam. She used Tyler's command codes to send the transmissions. You will also notice in the previous episode, the scene transition is from her eye red dots to the circle in the ceiling of the Section 31 bridge.

Still kind of processing this one ( and watching it again). There are a bunch of things to love, some annoying bits though. I’m gonna vote 8 for now.

That was one of the first scenes in the episode, way before I decided to turn subtitles on. That's why I missed it.

Next Time On trailer

They go to S31’s HQ, the power is out, everyone on-board is dead, Airiam starts attacking the away team

I'm really at a loss for words--in a good way. So much to digest from this episode, and as usual I cannot wait for next week.

I was clapping and yelling "Sing.Ing.Plants!"

I had originally wanted DSC to be its own thing. I have embraced the prequelness. This was really well done! So much real human relatio ns. Very Theodore Sturgeony. My first 10 of the series. Ima pretend S1 was a holosuite program.
(My kindl e changed that to "holoshite"! Out of the mouths of baby AI's...

Just finished the episode and the rating I gave it after the first commercial break stands. I still think it's an 11.

"Lethe", you've been retired as my favorite episode.

So far, I think it's better than Calypso.

I happily concede to your point.
