Spoilers Star Trek: Discovery 1x10 - "Despite Yourself"

While there were some interesting moments in this it still feels very cartoony to me.
It also felt rather rushed but that’s Frakes style.

- I have always loved mirror universe episodes and this was no exception. Great episode.

- Nice tie in to the ENT mirror episodes with Defiant.

- I was hoping to get the Voq theory stuff over with but while basically confirming it, it will still drag on longer

- Captain Killy was cool.

- I was hoping to see emperor Hoshi. I am sure if we end up seeing the emperor it will be someone familiar. Georgiou, which has already been mentioned, is he most likely

- Good job of directing by Frakes

- Now we know why the doctor actor was not listed in the opening credits. I like the character and hope he survives somehow.

- Joe Menosky not listed on the credits the last few episodes, so he may have left the writing staff. If so that is a shame.

Saru said it was currently patrolling somewhere and Lorca said that obviously at some point in the future it would get to the mirror universe

Sadly mirror universe episodes aren't my cup of tea. On top of that I expect most of the season consumed with this alternate reality.

The only thing I have to look forward to is a graphic death scene of Captain Tilly or Killy. Annoying in two universes is quite an accomplishment.
