No. They used the STO Enterprise-F because their focus isn’t on the Enterprise. It’s on Picard and the Titan.
If the focus isn't on the Enterprise, then why is it relevant which Enterprise they use?

Is there some kind of copyright/trademark issue at play here? Some legal reason why PIC couldn't use the Enterprise-E?
(DS9, for example, suspiciously never showed any Sovereign-class ship...not even in the most heated battle scenes...)
That would depend on your point of view.
Who else would own the rights now? Is this a YT video script? Is there some kind of copyright/trademark issue at play here? Some legal reason why PIC couldn't use the Enterprise-E?

I mean, yes, but they also recently used the Sovereign in Picard Season 2. Did the rights suddenly shift? You never know. Copyright/trademark law is a tricky beast.
It reads like a Youtube video conspiracy theory style idea. That somehow the rights holders have lost the rights to one aspect of their IP. Which just strikes me as a bit odd, unless I missed a piece of news.Okay, now you lost me.![]()
Picard had Sovereigns in season 2, so no.Is there some kind of copyright/trademark issue at play here? Some legal reason why PIC couldn't use the Enterprise-E?

No, because we saw a model of of the Enterprise-E in Season 1, and there were Sovereign Classes in the Season 2 fleet. Some legal reason why PIC couldn't use the Enterprise-E?
Hopefully you are correct.I expect ships named Enterprise always being the Hero ship may be coming to a close, or at least greatly reduced importance.
We might see her on her maiden voyage in the first episode and then as part of the cavalry in the finale similarly to the Enterprise in Discovery S2?I am surprised we're getting an Enterprise at all. Possibly only present because nostalgic feels, part of this crew to be present.

I am fine with it if true, they had their time in the sun.
No. LaVar said they filmed on a recreation of the Enterprise-D bridge, and Terry said there would be an Enterprise of some sort.Didn't they mention that all three Enterprises were going to be seen?
No, there's been alternating talk of "multiple Enterprises" or "two Enterprises" but there's never been a mention of three specifically.Didn't they mention that all three Enterprises were going to be seen?
It's quite possible the final graphics rendering isn't complete and that's just a placeholder.I would rather we didn’t see the Enterprise at all if all they planned to show of it was a five second flyby of a low-poly video game ship (And spoil it six months before the show even starts.)
