That was a beautiful soliloquy on Star Wars from Dave Filoni at the end of episode 2. That was almost like the perfect love letter to the franchise.
Good point.Hmm.
Why not both?
Ooh, I like that idea.Hollywood Reporter leaps to the entirely logical and understandable conclusion that Temmura Morrison would be playing Boba Fett. However, thinking outside the box, who else would you get to play... Commander Rex?
Rex has the advantage over Boba Fett of actually being an interesting character.
Very interesting. The actor is between the ages for the two possible characters
Boba Fett should be in his early 40 by 9 ABY
Rex, like most of the surviving clone troopers, is about the same age, but would appear to be around 80 years old.
But with Ahsoka people on the table, Rex is a possibility. Its only be five years since Endor, and Rex was at Endor.
But the question will come up when Rex and Ahsoka appear...what about Ezra....what about Sabine and the rest of Hera's group? Sabine would even be relevant since she is also a Mando, and has been in possession of the Dark Saber before.

Depends on the execution...so...maybe...?A surprise, to be sure, but a...tolerable one?
Indeed, Dave truly is the most important person in SW behind only George himself. And speaking of, this episode really did a wonderful job reminding us that George really was the heart of it all. Both the cool pew-pew stuff, and the actual characters and their stories that we became so enamored with. But Dave really understands the way George thinks, and because of that, like they mentioned in the previous episode, he really does just know what's "right" for SW.That was a beautiful soliloquy on Star Wars from Dave Filoni at the end of episode 2. More unconfirmed rumors concerning animated characters appearing on Mandalorian season 2.
Sabine would be a logical choice given her back story and heritage and connections the darksaber. And Sabine was last seen with Ahsoka, who is also rumored to appear in season 2.

Hell, if they want to fully embrace the Mandalorian backstory established in Clone Wars and Rebels, not only should they bring in Sabine, they should also bring in Katee Sackhoff as Bo Katan.
How so? I would think with the closer connection between the different shows would make it a lot easier to slip a character from one show to another, especially when the person who created those characters is already involved.Surely it would be easier to add someone like Iden Versio to the game?
Because the actress is still in the right age. You won’t need to de age her.How so? Oh, OK. She just seemed like kind of a random character to pick to me.Because the actress is still in the right age. You won’t need to de age her.
They could say she has a connection with that MMA girl
