I think that's just some sort of growth around his mouth, as you can see it on the sides joining the upper and lower portion, sort of like a goatee. But yeah, it does resemble teeth.

Yeah, definitely not seeing a second set of teeth in that way, but I suppose it's possible. I think its just the line of the make up.

Rumor has it that the delay in the release of SNW Season 3 is due to Paramount/CBS being told by the Trump Administration that if they want the Skydance buyout to happen/be approved by the FCC, Paramount/CBS has to eliminate all DEI & Woke policies, including in their productions.

I imagine it's because they want filming of S4 to be done so it's easier for the cast to do promotional stuff.

My new headcanon is that M'Benga actually got promoted to head of Starfleet Medical after SNW, calling forward to Beverly Crusher's absence, and the 2 TOS episodes he was in were when he just happened to be hanging out aboard the Enterprise (not unlike Worf's appearances in the TNG movies when he was posted to DS9).
