A TNG reboot would just be burning money for no return.
That's not to say some Network Execs might not try, but I can't see it.
TNG for many people is the Trek the grew up on. I think it might have had the most mainstream success. I would say it's almost as iconic as TOS. I mean there is no way Voyager or DS9 would get a farewell season like TNG did in Picard season 3. Makes more sense anyways than rebooting TOS yet again.

My thinking as well. To me, it can be an Enterprise from any timeframe with a whole new crew. That way the connection is there of it being a Starship Enterprise with stories told of that crew.
If it's not a Kelvin Timeline version of TNG then I have no interest, and barely have any interest even in a Kelvin Timeline incarnation of those characters.
It's going to be set in the Orville universe. Data is going to be a Kaylon in this universe. Worf clearly a Moclan.
i just hope we don't get more prequels. I love TOS , but for nearly 20 years, all we got was prequels (ENT, Kelvin, first two seasons of Disco). I have mixed thoughts on Picard (Series) but at least it moved the universe forward, instead of yet another prequel.
