The other part of my head canon, is that both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge are controlled by Starfleet, and any time there is a change of command at Starfleet, the incoming Admiral can change building assignments from what the outgoing Admiral had. I've been through many government and corporate reorganizations, and it looks like what you have above.

Where's the "you are here" market?
Right where it has always been. Here.

I wouldn't have it anywhere else.:D

The view outside Admiral Forrest's office windows in the 2150s support the building being next to Horseshoe Bay during that era.

the negativity is really getting to me too. It makes it impossible for me to go on social media at the moment. Except for this site, where we can at least discuss the show in a more fair and balanced way. I am liking what i'm seeing , mostly, so far , and i am glad i'm not alone

Its just a tv show. It doesn't matter who hates or likes it. It matters if youre enjoying it. I still watch shows that are forgotten or ridiculed but I dont care. I still watch the original Lost In Space and love it. But many of today's sci fi fans cant stand it. Doesn't matter to me.
