Who’s complaining about the mere fact that they changed the appearance of an alien species, though? All I’m seeing is someone saying they preferred the older look of the Ferengi and the updated look from Picard to what they did with the makeup on Discovery. Is that so unreasonable that it needs to be mocked in this over-the-top fashion?oH nOzE! nEw sTaR tReK cHaNgEd ThE aPpEaRaNcE oF An aLiEn SpEcIEs!

I'm sure Frakes directed at least one.Anyone knows who's the directors of these 6 episodes ? I know Kurtzman directed 1 & 2 but was unable to find anything about these other ones...

If it's Star Trek related he's there.I'm sure Frakes directed at least one.![]()
That jar should have tipped against the wall and leaned. If it's Star Trek related he's there.

I looked it up on IMDB, and Glenn Hetrick is indeed the makeup head for Starfleet Academy. Which probably explains the continuance of his Ferengi design.
Oh well, can't win them all. At least they retconned his Klingons.
Hopefully by the 32nd century zipper technology will have advanced to the point where the zipper doesn't get caught on the clothing.I wish they woukd fire.the lighting person and the head of wardrobe. I can't believe in 1200 years we'll still be using old fashioned zippers and wearing hoodies. Sigh.
All this has happened before and all of this will happen again.Oh, god. Is someone bitching about zippers???? Those things that almost every Trek uniform has and we pretend they don't even when they're right in front of our faces!![]()
Zippered cloaks? The one time they didn't complain about the zippers was in ENT, but at that point they couldn't stop complaining about the Romulans having cloaks in the 22nd century.
