Now all that’s left is seeing the bowling alley and swimming pool.
Well, if they are on a deep space mission visiting strange new worlds, they need more to entertain them than Pike's cooking. Although this season, they just seem to be hanging around space between Earth and Vulcan.
But imagine what would happen if they ever created Augmented Vulcans
Probably did during Surak's time, maybe the normal Vulcans left and became Romulans. The Augmented ones became the telepathic ones.
Which scenes? I wanna rewatch what people found the funniest moments.
I doubt it would make a difference to you, just as humans have different taste buds with food, I guess we have different taste buds with humour.
This was a complete creepy grin from ear to ear at the camera and after a long comedy bit. Just weird. The TOS examples are mostly of spock giving a slight smile. Way different.

Example of slight smile?

Tolaris in Enterprise.

That said, who said Uhura did it intentionally? Because Vulcan's unintentionally effecting people in proximity to them with their telepathic abilities is a thing that happens.
I forgot they had a mind-meld r--- scene in Enterprise. It's pretty scary what they got away with. I think if we had a scene with Uhura moaning in pleasure with her hand on Beto's face while he's screaming in agony and Ortegas rushes in horrified and tries to stop it, it'd be a lot more controversial.

Well that was quite possibly the worst episode of Star Trek I have ever watched. And I’ve watched literally every episode ever aired, yes worse than the Very Short Treks and Section 31.

I hated the writing, the music after they first turned Vulcan and were walking down the hallway. The fact that it took minutes for them to complete the initial mission. Others have touched on the issues so no reason to rehash them. Just poor writing from start to finish.

I’m really disappointed in season 3 of SNW. It’s been very poor.

Oh and Conehead Pike was unbearably annoying.
I totally agree. Except I may have hated Section 31 at least as much... 😂

But why are the Vulcans seemingly limited to "Touch Telepathy" only, and not Long Distance "Remote Telepaths" like traditional Betazoids and other Telepathic species?
Depends on the episode.

Is it just one episode? How many cheerleaders for the series expressed their fatigue and frustration, like the Trek Culture people?
When they stop watching it I imagine that will show it as bad.

It seems they forgot the episode where Tuvok forcibly mind-melded Voyager's crew into rejoining the Maquis. Otherwise I could see evil La'an mind-melding a bunch of people into being evil.

Let's not forget Spock's "interrogation" of Valeris in Star Trek IV.

Is that the only way it works? I'm sure some of us would like to see the show improves, and will continue to do so until enough data is in, probably when it is time to renew the membership.

ETA: filming season 4 is scheduled to wrap up now. People tuning out won't do shit.

It's how I work. I've stopped watching it at this time. I don't care if it improves or not.

Telling people to tune out is fair enough but don't forget that a lot of people losing their patience with this season have been fans of the first two, so it's not like they're mindlessly hate-watching a random show they dislike for the sake of it. The complaints are often coming from people who were invested in the series and its potential.

Everyone obviously has different limits of what they'll tolerate before dropping a series too - I ditched Lower Decks after three episodes because I thought it was just absolutely shit, but stuck with Discovery until about halfway into season three because there was just enough there in the first two seasons to keep me watching. If the fourth season of SNW is a write-off, I'll probably just abandon it midway through..
