Yeah, the 1701-B bridge is pretty close to an exact copy of the TUC Excelsior bridge with just some stations and control interfaces switched around, and, of course, the red digital clocks removed from the design.
It's not really "close to an exact copy" of the Excelsior bridge – the double-width science and communications stations seen on either side flanking the captain and the alternate railing layout are taken from the Enterprise-A bridge, the platforming around the captain's chair and helm consoles are significantly simpler than either the Excelsior or the Enterprise-A, there's no "coffee table" in front of the captain's seat, the aft bridge alcove is different with an added tactical console, and the flooring is different; and of course it has all that wood panelling (which I love, incidentally).
It's certainly of the same design language as the Excelsior and Enterprise-A bridges, but it really looks like a perfect cross between those two The Undiscovered Country sets with a complete overhaul in materials and colour scheme – as rather befits an Excelsior-class Enterprise, really
