Looks more like a 2399/2400 Era Starfleet uniform or a DS9/VOY/GEN uniform. The color is on the shoulders.

Not season 1, Season 1 didn't have the colour on the shoulders.
You're right, my bad. 1st season was black shoulders.

They redesigned them for season 2 if you look at the first trailer in that scene with Picard in the auditorium. It's probably one of those.
(note that the middle dip in the colour is missing, and they have black collars)

What corners?Only if it has 2 corners instead of one (we see one) and little SF logos, which could be there or not

Bodes positively for seeing the Stargazer era. Era appropriate props, so possibly around the launch of the ship, and young Picard taking his first command?
I don't think so, the officer holding the 'whistle' is wearing a modern unfiorm.

I think they changed that in Season 2 based on one of the previous trailers.
It's hard to tell, but I don't see a flat part there.

I imagine the prop is just being held for the Tweet photo, and not in situ on set, during filming.
Plenty of "current" costumed people around on set I guess.
