I give this episode an 8. Pretty solid classic Trek style story with some intriguing arc stuff in the background.

Saw it just as it dropped. Lovely and well done. Thoughtful and more or less kept the prime directive going. Pike is very strong and perhaps Saru is disappearing a bit. Great outing.

This one gets another 8 from me. Tilly right now is the weakest part of this season, and I didn't think that would be possible after last year. Her lines of dialoge are bordering on cringeworthy.

I'm really enjoying where this Red Angel storyline is going. It's mystery, but we were still allowed to enjoy an away mission and a great one at that. I loved the Detmer maneuver, and that Asteroid sequence was really gorgeous to look at. I'm loving that we seem to be seeing Discovery in action (Space shots) a lot more this season, one of my complaints about Season 1.
