That is adorable! She's going to be a sweet big sister, if the day comes. My mother tells me I used to dismember and throw away dolls when I was that age. Perhaps it was a good idea that I was an only child for so long.

^ Are those cave paintings? I wonder how old they are?

And thanks for the nice comment, although I'm not on The Seeker's level yet. I like to think I am not about competition, but about sharing beauty. :)

Indeed, is about sharing beauty :)
Will put soon some more cruise pics on FB ;)

^^ some of the most interesting and awesome pictures come from you two. Keep them coming, ladies :)

Here are a few of my daughter, Tori, from Junior Graduation this last spring..

So where do you keep your shotgun? ;)

Beautiful girl SPOCKED. You must be very proud.

Well, her older sister Danielle just got her Mass. gun license so I guess I'll be keeping it at her house ;)

And thanks, Seeker. A man's daughter is his first treasure.. that's for sure.

I took some photos recently on a country walk one Sunday afternoon. It was a wonderfully bright day for mid November.

An old cross at the wayside, near Rewe, a small village in Devon.

An interesting sign by a gate in the middle of a field and disused, overgrown railway tracks.

I'm having a lot of fun with this Steampunk theme. I drew this today in Starbucks, and am drawing at least a few times a week in public from now on -- I was there only an hour and 4 people came up and asked for my card!
That's great. :bolian:

What do you guys think? Right now I'm offering fine art prints (very high quality print) in 12x16 for $45 a pop, but they're not flying of the virtual shelf. Do you guys think I'd sell more if I offered them in like a postcard size for around $20, or on cheaper print paper for around $30, that they'd sell more?
I would offer several different sizes. I also sell greeting cards and postcards, and various other things like notebooks and pillow.

And speaking of that: My "Clever Seagulls" arrived.

Along with a one-of-a-kind tsq original.

Grab 'em while they're hot, folks. Support independent creators. Down with the establishment. :mallory:
Hurrah! I'm so happy you're happy with it!

So, thinking on the size front...poster size would be difficult because a fine art print that size is VERY expensive. However, I'm looking into alternative printing options and am considering offering poster quality prints which should be significantly cheaper. I am definitely going to be offering postcards soon, as not only will they be fun to sell, but they are also a great marketing strategy--I can leave them in cafes and shops around Manhattan and Brooklyn! I might offer greeting cards soon too. Here's another drawing I did today:

^Thanks guys!

I am super excited because I was sitting in a coffee shop drawing that this afternoon, and a man came up to me, introducing himself as the owner of a record label, and asked for my card -- he said he's going to email me after the holiday to talk about maybe doing some album artwork!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found a really great online printing company through the Better Business Bureau that has AMAZING prices, so I'm going to be offing postcards and greeting cards very soon! I might even do some Christmas cards!

^ That is fantastic, tsq! Congratulations and good luck on opening your doors of opportunity! :D

Sounds great tsq! :D I'll be having some money soon and if I have enough after bills to spend some I'm definitely making an order.

Your daughter is very pretty and you know how to take pics to show it, Spocked! :)
WillsBabe, wonderful the cross pic! :techman:

Princes Sissy's residence at Corfu',Achillion, was build on an island, on a hill, and its gardens are on more levels till they reach the sea where the princess arrived with her ship.. we couldn't even see them all. It's a museum now. Here's the view of the sea from the gardens:

From what I've gathered boco...you have no job and spend your days traveling through every town from Barcelona to Athens.

Amiright?

This past weekend I traveled down to San Diego to join my buddy Alpinemaps to compete in the 2011 San Diego Rocket Race. It was our fifth year doing so and as usual I had a wonderful time.

James Floyd, the Rocket Race organizer, posted some photos on Flickr from these weekend's race. This is the first photo of the bunch, the customary group shot taken just before the race began. I'm on the far left in the navy blue hoodie.
