I just looked and he was posting like normal up to April 13, suggesting it was sudden and unexpectedI was shocked to learn a few days ago that he died back on April 14. I don't know any details.

I never interacted with him much, if ever, but he was one of those names you always saw around, like a reliable ol' regular at a bar. Figured he'd be part of the place forever. RIP.
How did I manage to forget Liverpool?!I was very sad to hear about this. He seemed like a nice guy. I know he didn't live close to it (I believe he was from Nebraska?) but he really loved NYC, and both the Yankees and Mets (and obviously just baseball in general). I know he was a huge Liverpool FC fan, too.
