Good point, the only one I've ever really used was an old ex's but hers was cheap. Plastic/resin handle and nylon/plastic tassles, surprisingly not all that frayed for it's use but still. Never been my thing but more power to those who do enjoy it.

I learned that I shouldn't get high to come up with ideas. I should come up with ideas and then get high, to reward myself.

I think I'm devloping avoiding cameras into an art form. I've avoid TV camera crews many times BBC about 3x, ITV once, An American one once, and a Japanese one.

Much better to work behind the scenes pulling the strings. ;)

    ahh gotcha...

most of our equipment is custom made, we've got a few 'off the shelf' bits here and there, but the majority of the whips and floggers are custom jobs :)

    Thanks guys!

Thanks. It's one of my favs too!

They're doing well. They've adjusted pretty well to having a kid in the house. They know exactly how fast they need to move to stay out of reach!

I think this is the most recent one I have avaialable right now.

I have newer ones at home on my hard drive but I haven't uploaded many lately. I'll try to do better!

    Nice!
Sometimes I miss having this teenage blind spot when it comes to interior decoration. Pasting everything you like on every available spot had something very comforting. Had a bad day? Come into your room and SPIDERMANCAPTAIN AMERICAJUSTICELEAGUE! Feel better.

The Seeker's pics are great. Love 'em.

Although I must confess to being a bit shocked that nobody has made any nasty comments about his Stephen Harper photo. In other threads, just alluding to Stephen Harper is enough to start a long chain of posts about what an authoritarian, stuck-up and/or creepy douchebag he is.

    2, 4, and 5.

The original is still classic in that goofy, charming sort of way as is the original arcade version.

3 is a great game as long as you can read Japanese and have access to imports.

That handheld games were a disgrace save for maybe the 3DS one which I haven't played yet.

Zero was okay, but it was the first one after the original Project Aces team left Namco. And the new guys hadn't worked out all the kinks yet--the game engine was poorly designed and the physics were awful.

It was also way too short. I actually bothered to hunt down every single ace in the game. What a chore. If I never play it again, I'll be perfectly content.

6 wasn't much better. Take away the shiny 360 graphics and it's a pretty mediocre game.

The new game on PS3 I have no interest in. For starters it doesn't take place in Strangereal.

But anyone's opinion who I trust on the matter all say it's not even really a "Ace Combat" game to begin with. They tried to completely re-invented the wheel.

So today it was a freezing day, London-wise, but oh so sunny. I picked up my camera and went for a walk. Ended up in St. James Park, among other places, and while I was walking away from Buckingham Palace, I ran into this guy.

    Niiiiice. :D

I never run into any celebrities or well-known government leaders in my town unless you count local TV personalities, our Congressman or the mayor. I've seen and met Dan Quayle, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama but those were random visits during election campaigns.
