Well I thought movies become popular in the twenties. So in that case most movies aren't old at all.

Many of the celebrities in the 1950s and 1960s (at least those who were adults) were born before then.....

And since I was born in 1970, I must be ancient.

Have you seen any of the Rat Pack movies?

The Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles are good examples (though the latter might be more of a chick flick to you).

Both BFC and 16 C were good movies. I haven't fully seen 16 candles though.
Rat pack movies I have not had a chance to watch. Its on my list though.

Kind of a melancholy weekend, since it's the first Father's Day since we lost my Dad on September 19 at the age of 62. Here I am with him and my mother on my wedding day:

But it's a double bummer, because it's also the first Father's Day since my wife lost her Dad, on December 16 at the age of 64.

We're both in kind of a funk.
