Blast from the past re-cast

Sidney Poitier as Benjamin Sisko
Angela Lansbury as Kai Winn
Charleton Heston as Gul Dukat

Vincent Price as the Grand Nagus

Katherine Ross as Kathryn Janeway.
Michael Ansara as Chakotay
Agnes Moorehead as the Borg Queen

Vincent Price is way too tall to play a Ferengi

They wouldn't have Michael Ansara play someone who was of Native American descent (maybe in the 60s, but not by the time Voyager came out).

His name is Price! He's got the name...and the voice to cackle insanely with glee at the prospect of new capital ventures. As for his height, well, camerawork.

Ansara played an Arapaho as late as 1978. With great dignity.

Ross Martin as Shran...Brunt...Weyoun...

Not in 1995 when Voyager premired. They wouldn't have cast someone born in Lebanon as a character with Native American ancestry, especially how big deal they made out of it ( he was supposed to be one of the big three).

Hear me out...

Fran Drescher as Troi. They don't even have to change the hair.
You are supposed to pick someone was around the same age Sirtis was in 1987, in 1966. Drescher's younger than Sirtis.

Look for someone who was in her 30s, with floofy brown hair in the mid 1960s :bolian:

Oops I misunderstood the thread. Well I actually don't know many actoesses from the 60s, since I don't like shows from that period much.
The best I can figure... maybe Barbara Eden? She might be a natural blonde, but her facial features would fit for Troi I think, and she was no stranger to hairpieces?
Plus she would have probably fit well for a 60s version of Troi
