Americentrism: Except Picard in France....

is there any place on earth outside the US ever featured in Star Trek?

The Borgs in ENT 2x23 crashed on a unspecified place in the "arctic" but that could well be in Alaska.

except that, it seems whenever any alien crashes on earth, or tries to infiltrate, or whenever any starfleet personel travels back in time to fix anything on earth.... it always happens in the 1.87% of our globes surface which constitues the USA...

Beside several visits in starfleet headquarter in Frisco and "Siskos" in New Orleans, and Picard in 24th century France, i came about these episodes playing on earth (most of them in connection with time travel interestingly):

Series/Movie: Episode: Place&Year

TOS: Assignment: Earth: New York 1968

TOS: Tomorrow is Yesterday; Omaha Nebraska 1969

TOS: The City on the Edge of Forever: New York 1930

Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home: San Francisco 1986

Star Trek VIII: First Contact: Bozeman Montana 2063

TNG: Time Arrow 1&2, San Francisco 1890

DS9: Little Green Men, Area 51, Nevada, 1947

DS9: Past Tense, Part I & II: San Francisco 2024

VOY: Future's End, Part I & II: Los Angeles 1996

ENT: Carbon Creek: Pennsylvania 1957

ENT: Carpenter Street: Detroit 2004

Did i miss any episodes/movies? (most of DIS, SFA, and some new movies i havent seen)

I understand its an US series, but a concept based on a "united earth" should aswell a bit more diverse geographically.

Again, is there another place outside US ever shown except France? None come to my mind, but i can hardly believe it:borg:

Not a lot.
Picard season 1 had the Daystrom Institute in Osaka.
One of the animated short treks was set in Africa but that was a story within a story.

illusions don`t count, but Janeway visited Paris in the New Zealand prison right?

I notice the original list seems to stop at 2005, so it’s certainly incomplete. Disco goes to Paris; SNW to Toronto; Picard to Japan; Section 31 does Malaysia.
it is definately, i mentioned that i didnt watch all of the new trek (or new Dreck as the germans say)

Yes. All of them not listed as illusions were visited by major characters on-screen:

America
Star Trek — Iowa (2240s - Kirk, 2255 - Kirk, Pike, McCoy, Uhura)

World
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country — Paris (2293 - Sarek)
TNG: "All Good Things" — Cambridge (2395 - Data, Picard, Geordi)
DS9: "Homefront"/"Paradise Lost" — Paris (2372 - Sisko, Odo)
VOY: "Caretaker" — New Zealand (2371 - Janeway, Paris)
Star Trek Into Darkness — London (2259 - Khan)

VOY Holo Beowulf was in Denmark and Leonardo was in Florence, security footage on DS9 was from Antwerp, Holo Sherlock was in London, Q sent them to Sherwood Forest
