Quark is another high numbered series — TNG, DS9, VOY, LDS. His cameo in Insurrection was cut.
Gul Evek (6 appearance 3 series) may have the highest series:episode count for those doing 3 or more series. Vash I think wins for 3 appearances in 2 series.
IIRC, she specifically recorded a library of computer lines and phonemes to be used in the future. There ended up being problems with it, but the intention before she died was that recordings of her actual voice would continue to be used for the computer.
Her voice in PIC is just old TNG lines though.
Yes, but I believe the new material was meant to supplement the existing library (sorry that I didn't make that clear). My understanding is that her intention while she was alive was that her archival material would continue to be used (and she added to it for that purpose).
I think that's somewhat different from repurposing older material that wasn't mean to be reused—though personally, I count "Trials and Tribble-ations" as an appearance.
The "sound library" has yet to be used as far as I'm aware, so it's a moot point I guess.
It's 'funny' to think about how she couldn't have known that we'd be able to easily duplicate her voice near-flawlessly within two decades without that library. Using Ai to replicate the Starfleet computer voice? It's almost too perfect.

That's very common now because laws changed around likeness after the whole George McFly's actor, Crispin Glover, got upset due not being cast but his appearance was still used in the next film.
So, likeness became something required specific permission at least in American productions.
