It looks amazing! I bought an Ertl kit of DS9 back in the day, but as with Enterprise, Excelsior and Reliant before it, I didn't have the patience to do it justice like you have.

Just another update.

I know I've said it before, but I think I'm finally close to finishing this thing.

Windows will be done by tomorrow. Another day or two to finish paint and patch light leaks. Some light weathering and a clear coat, plus the part I'm looking forward to the most, attaching the Defiant.

Well, that's DS9 finished. Tough build. I don't think anything lined up out of the box. Plus, it's cumbersome as hell to work on. Nevermind that it was a nightmare to light block. But it's finished and I'm happy enough with the results.

Yeah, people seem to really like the mini-Defiant. Here's a few more that show it off a little clearer.

*Note: the purple lighting is before I fixed a light leak on the Defiant Nose.
