I can't believe I'm entertaining this conversation, but...how's that? Canada's total population is slightly less than that of California. It's geographically 3 times the size of the U.S. (IIRC), but not nearly as densely populated.How many?

Well, the Senate is fairly undemocratic as it is, so I don't have a problem giving each Province 2 Senators. Except Prince Edward Island because that would be stupid.
