I'm a week late but I'm finally going to watch this series tonight. I figured since the past discussion for it has been utterly drowned out by Yet Another Dead Horse Debate About MCU Time Travel Mechanics that we should have a separate thread for the show. Should've been here in the first place but I dropped the ball last week. Hopefully those who have already watched the show are willing to repost their thoughts here so we can have a proper discussion.

I scanned through the first episode, and thought it was garbage.

Historical adventures of the Black Panther, without using Marvel History or Real History.

Looking at the wiki....

Episode 2: The Trojan war.

Episode three an historical Iron Fist.

#4 Distopian 25th century Blank Panther mentors coming of age cowboy Bank Panther.

Might go back.

Watched the first three episodes and I'm mostly loving it. The animation is superb (especially the seemingly hand-painted backgrounds) and most of the characters are engaging and thoughtful. Of the three, the first episode was my favorite, largely due to the fact that I felt that Noni was the most interesting of the three lead Wakandan characters. I found B'Kai's trust in Achilles foolhardy (but I've always disliked Achilles in any interpretation so I'm biased) and Basha too cocksure for his own good (and certainly the Hatut Zaraze). That said, I loved Jorani and I would love to see more of her Iron Fist in whatever form.
