No, Coulson's death and rebirth gave Furry the chance to manipulate Coulson. We know Stillwell was Hydra and he was active with Coulson during the first Thor movie.
You say no but in regards to what? That Fury didn't send Coulson to Stark in Iron Man 1 and 2, to Thor and his hammer, or have eye scan access to heavy weapons?
Of course Coulson isn't a HYDRA agent. The chief reason this show exists is as a star vehicle for Clark Gregg. They're not going to make him a bad guy.
I'm still not trusting Simmons. She's Lady Hydra in waiting, calling it now...
I'd be surprised and disappointed if the show went this route. Do it once and it's a great twist, do it again and it's a cheap gimmick. I think the show is smarter than that.

Second Why not? We are talking about Joss Wheldon here. Besides being a former member of HYDRA (who has no memory of being a HYDRA agent) doesn't make you the bad guy.
I don't see this is a cheap trick. From now on, ANYONE could be a Hydra agent.

I'm not sure what your point is. Please clarify. If Coulson was HYDRA, Fury could have found out right after Avengers. Or he could always suspected Coulson but had no real proof until he was dead. We still don't know how Fury found out about HYDRA in the first place (access to Coulson's memory perhaps?)

No, that's the chief reason a Marvel TV series exists. The reason that show ended up being Agents of SHIELD instead of AKA Jessica Jones or Mockingbird or any of the various other proposals they considered and rejected is because of the popularity of the Coulson character.
But it would be very been-there, done-that. We've already had one main character and one recurring guest exposed as HYDRA agents. It would be cheap and lazy to repeat that revelation with Simmons or Coulson or whoever.
That's his go-to statement on this show. Don't shoot holes in it.
The response will be the show shouldn't (solely) exist as a commercial vehicle to promote a movie or product.
^If they bring a character back from the dead to build a show around him, that's a pretty clear sign that the show is driven by the character's popularity. I recall hearing people clamoring for a Coulson spinoff series years ago, probably in response to the DVD shorts he starred in.
Or maybe they wanted to trade on the popularity of the MCU with someone who was in the films, cheap enough to get, and missing any SFX-requiring special powers. Similar to Sif guest-starring - "This week, the MCU character we could afford."
To me, Coulson is Boba Fett, best when sparingly used. I do enjoy the show but mostly for the MCU tie-ins rather than the greatness of either Clark Gregg or Coulson.
(I do think it's great Gregg is involved in LEGO Marvel, Ultimate Spider-Man, etc...)
I remember when the show was first announced we got a lot of "don't worry of course Coulson will be in it" and "You can't do a show about SHIELD without Coulson's character" type of talk from Joss Whedon. Plus a lot of the talk now is about how the show is about a company man, and now it's about what happens to this company man when the company is no longer there or wasn't what he thought it was. I think it's pretty clear Coulson's character has always been the reason this is the specific tie in show they decided to make.

Plus, they've established that Gemma is not the world's great liar.
The short answer is, Garrett ordered the entire team except Skye to be killed. Skye excepted, so that they could access the jump drive.
If there were other Hydra agents on the team, yes they could be sacrificed if there were a good reason, but they should certainly be utilized if possible.
