Point stands though. Aside from Reno, this could really just take place during DIS. Particularly given Tilly was absent for much of DIS season 4 because she was busy at Starfleet Academy.

I'm glad to see we're continuing to get that kind of representation in live action Trek. I know there was a recurring character in Lower Decks with a hijab, but I can't remember if Disco, Picard, or SNW had any actresses wearing them on screen.

did notice they kept the 'at attention' posture the same as previous Treks, with hands behind the back. Unlike IRL militaries where they usually go to the sides.

Spiritual beliefs in Star Trek run into reality problems.

By which I mean they've proven that certain spiritual beliefs have substance to them that causes measurable effects while other spiritual beliefs do not.

Also that the one true god at the end of everything is a Koala.

Lura Thok's blood looked white. In DS9 Jem'Hadar blood was amber in color, but we can probably chalk the changes up to her being half-Klingon.
