There's zombies and several deaths. A few people get ripped apart and some of the zombies get killed in "cool" ways like having their heads crushed. If you're trying to avoid gore it's probably one to skip.Hi BBSers,
My family and I like to watch new Star Trek together, but I always check here first to make sure there isn't anything inappropriate for a 10YO (like heavy gore, or upsetting themes like child death- for calibration, the episodes we've skipped are 1.6 [child death], 1.9 [extreme fear] and 2.8 [distressing gore/themes]).
Could the good folks of the BBS please give me a (spoiler-free) heads up if there's anything too much for this ep- thanks!
Thank you! There's zombies and several deaths. A few people get ripped apart and some of the zombies get killed in "cool" ways like having their heads crushed. If you're trying to avoid gore it's probably one to skip.
Ghosts and other superstitions have been canon for decades.Remnds me of that terrible Infestation/Star Trek crossover that IDW comics did a few years back, but now I guess zombies are basically canon now

I like Star Trek and I like zombies Which means i love it when they mix the two.
However i was not a fan of the idea that Klingon warrior would go hunting for the human that killed her father who was also a traitor to the Klingon Empire. That makes no sense to me tbh. The Klingon Empire is not going to restore her family honour because her father was still a f**king traitor. The human who killed him would be seen in a better light by the Klingons because he killed a traitor, for whatever reason that he had.
Uh, the tension was being outnumbered ten to one by creatures surrounding you ten feet away who want to eat you.
