Possibly just an earring Ro used to store all that info. Would Picard have recognized the original earring?
They both recognized it as Ro's earring. I think the prop department just made a mistake.
Except its literally Kira's ear ring, the same design and everything. Highly doubt it's a coincidence.

Yes but the point is that the Alpha Quadrant also has a border with the Gamma Quadrant and a border with the Galactic Barrier so saying they’re on the edge of the alpha quadrant doesn’t mean they are near earth (which was the original complaint I was addressing).
Good episode. I get a bit tired of the Worf battle thing. He's the worst pacifist I've ever seen.

I felt slightly moved, but I wasn't angry or sad. I was taken by the impressive scene.

Yeah. Much as I love First Contact the moment where Beverly says "He's the captain" and Lily has to go into the ready room to tear Picard a new one literally makes me want to scream every time I see it (and I get it from a narrative point of view but grr!)

I don’t think the pacifist thing made it into the show. Was a comedy trailer bit.
He is not a pacifist. I took that to be a joke, but threads are running all over the place like he is. He prefers not having to fight. That's it.
I didn't really care that she died. I was pumped to see her and have her and Picard have a talk. She and Picard got closure because of it and that was the part that was good. Everything about her scenes were good except for the goofy bomb that gave Picard just enough time to tell her he sees her and for her to blow up a nacelle.
To the people who have been posting about the Vulcan gangster and how they think it is wrong. Do you think their logic is genetic? With a population the size of of the Vulcan civilization, isn't it likely that parts of it would evolve in different ways or a Vulcan kid gets separated from his parents due to something awful happening and ending up on the streets? No species is uniform in their beliefs and experiences. There are an infinite number of ways that a single Vulcan could have come to be a gangster.
"Phased" as in "fazed" (i.e. brain fart typo). Yeah, it did nothing for me. Everyone is all over Twitter saying how much of a tear-jerker it was. I guess Ro just wasn't that kind of character for me.
We haven't gotten to Worf and Riker on screen together yet, so it's too early to say that.
Ah. It wasn't a tear jerker, but I definitely felt some emotion. But, Ro was one of my favorite characters from TNG so there's that.
