I wish they were streaming both parts of the finale this week.
Too much action to get 10/10.
I predict this will become a fan favorite episode all because of all the STARSHIP PORN!!! it will have.

So from the clip i noticed two of the ships are the Captain Charlie Reynolds ship the USS Centaur and the Sovereign class prototype the USS Sovereign.
The end of today's episode has one heck of a "Cliff Hanger".
I bet you they use "Time Travel" to fix it in the next episode.

Pretty good episode but I find it hard to believe there were so many Starfleet ships in that area in a short of time. It could take weeks for some ships to arrive.
I also don’t understand why Gwen had to give a big speech to convince the Klingons to help. They’re allies. They would have come regardless. I would have had her call the Romulans to help. It would be a nice callback from earlier on.
Was anyone else reminded of STO when the infected ships became red? It’s like the cosmetic changes you can do to your ships. I usually do the Borg ones to mine.

Well hell. I was not expected to be that strongly affected coming out of what I already knew was a two-parter. But yeah, those last few minutes got me right in the feels. I agree, we're probably going to see time travel come into play next episode (if for no other reason than Chakotay & crew are stranded in the future and still need a rescue), but I'm not sure on the shape of it.

the problem i have with watching these episodes is that we know Starfleet survives because of Discovery Season 3.
Season 3? This is before Picard
I think that’s why they went to the heart of Federation space, where there would presumably be more Starfleet ships.
She asked the Klingon for help sending her message to other non-Federation people. The speech was a beautiful plea for help from outsiders to the Federation. I loved it.
