Sounds like Dominic Keating!
When we saw him, he was drunk as hell, but having a good time, and enjoying everyone's attention.
He was not inappropriate with anyone, but he was three sheets to the wind.
Yep! You got it.

I've heard reports from two of my female friends about Mr Keating. He got quite hands-y during a party at a convention last year but she did accidentally punch him on the nose while dancing to Star Trekkin'. My other friend claimed he got quite rude to her 4 year old son.
This doesn't sound like a bad encounter, this sounds like the best encounter.John Billingsley was hung over a couple weeks ago when I saw him, he said he spent the night before drinking with fans who paid for his dinner at a restaurant instead of approaching him during his meal. He was quite friendly and chatty.

He was hands-y at the VIP reception. Being rude to a 4 year old kid is just sad.
Which convention is that? Was it in the UK?
I attended Starbace Indy in Indianapolis, IN.
Ah I'm thinking of two events here in the UK last year where he was present for both.
Yeah, I wouldn't be wearing that shirt around much at all. And if I would, I'd be sure to have a very thick t-shirt underneath, or two thin ones. This way you don't transfer any oils or aromas to it. After a CON, off it goes in a special garment bag with full support, and a dryer sheet to keep it fresh smelling.Fabreeze will cut down the stench, but it won't get the dirt and grime out.![]()
