Not really seeing demand in that time scale for ferrous metals, silver and aluminium given the current reserves on Earth although it will save dragging them out of the gravity well in order to build the infrastructure. Now if you're talking indium, gold, platinum, rhodium, tellurium, rare earth elements and perhaps copper, you might well be correct. I've left He3 off the list for now until we have the fusion technologies to exploit it. However, it probably would be worth extracting and storing it for when those technologies becomes available.Never claimed that I would, although that's the best investment one could make right now.
