No, voting twice in a post in this situation is perfectly acceptable. He eliminated an episode with his vote, thus starting a new round, which is why he reset the episodes to 0. Then he was eligible to vote in the new round. In the season threads, you have to wait until 2 more users play after you before playing again, but that doesn't apply here, it's simply vote once per round. I'll reinstate the votes and add my own for Deja Q the reasons for which I gave before. For me it's clearly the weakest here.

They explained how Picard and Guinan first met in Time's Arrrow after keeping it a mystery for so long. The actual events were very disappointing...

Glad they kept Guinan and Q's history a mystery. My personal theory is that they were once lovers and Guinan broke up with him, which led to the bad blood between them.
