Given that TOS Klingons are low-key racist, that's probably a good thing.
Darker hair would have helped. The wig and beard read more blond than gray.Unfortunately, that guy looks nothing like a TOS Klingon.
Just shave the head, give him a spraytan, and change the uniform. Boom. TOS Klingon.Unfortunately, that guy looks nothing like a TOS Klingon.
We as a society cannot have fallen so low...And stylish eyebrows.

TOS Klingons are just humans with stylish mustaches.
All the kids are doing it.We as a society cannot have fallen so low...
They'd need to drop the black-face oil makeup too. (In TOS S3 Day Of The Dove,, they had Michael Ansara in it.)They could easily make TOS Klingons without them looking like racist Asian stereotypes. I mean, other than the swarthy makeup, they looked completely human. It's more about what kind of outfit to put them in to give off a Klingon vibe.
Krell in "Friday's Child(TOS)" works. The right amount of recognizable eyebrow angle and facial hair and sneering, aggressive expression.
I think his name was Kras. I have an uncle who looks just like him. I think you are mixing him up with the Klingon from “A Private Little War.”
Kras aka Bob the discount Klingon aka Capt. Greer aka Tige AndrewsYou're right. Thanks for correcting me. I got the episode name wrong. Krell is the one who supplies weapons to the enemies of Tyree's people.
Krell had pretty fantastic Klingon makeup for TOS.
