They both do seem to compare well in they have the same size. If only SNW would turn off all the neon lights and CGI monitors and replace them with Christmas lights instead.

Its first two years were quite adequate.
SNW's bridge is far too huge for my liking.

According to a post on reddit, in one of the Season 3 deleted scenes Una and La'An talk about inventing a game during shore leave that matches the description of Parrises squares given in TNG.

Deleted scenes are obviously not canon (unless reinserted in a future release), but that's still an interesting call back (forward?)

Maybe someone who has the home release can confirm.
