Batel crosses timelines and ends up in the Kelvin timeline a few years back in time where she's the pregnant Gorn that Kelvin McCoy mentions doing a Caesarian section on, giving birth to her and Pike's kids who are now hybrid lizard things, thus explaining how Gorn in the Kelvin timeline had C-sections to begin with (it was really just Batel's hybrid biology)
