No, I think it's an all new set I remember hearing about ages ago when they were filming season 3. Pretty sure there was an article written up about it. Something about water in the floor.

Interesting. I speculate they’re on a world with technology equivalent to that of Earth in the thirties. Which brings to mind Return of the Archons with its 19th Century look. Or perhaps a Piece of the Action cultural contamination scenario.
